I sent both the I-130 and the I-129 for the K-3 & K-4 visa (for the kids). I got an email back in June that my I130's were approved and received other email today that my I129 K3 & K4 was approved by USCIS. I thought once that the I-130 was approved it cancelled out the I-129 K3 visa.

What dos this mean? is it good or bad

When the I-130 is approved at the same time or before the I-129F, NVC will administratively close the I-129F because the immigrant visa is considered to be "immediately available". This started February 1, 2010. I hope you filed an I-130 for each intending immigrant, because there are not going to be any K visas for your spouse or stepchildren.
