I know! When she came on TV I was like, "SHE did the best costumes?"

Who else thought it was awkward to have Devil Wears Prada (nominated for best costume) presenters for that category, and then it didn't win?

I admit it, I love the Oscars

I'm impressed by how well Ellen is doing too!

Melissa Etheridge and the Al Gore speech - weird or just me?

Melissa Etheridge winning was weird. The speech seemed normal to me. The movie was about its message, so I was ok with the speeches being about it too. I think that usually happens with issue-based movies of any type.

I liked that The Departed got a few, liked the movie. But I was sad that Leo Di Caprio didn't win *sigh*
