Hello everyone. After 2 weeks of running arround. I think I finally have all the documents that I need to apply for Adjustment of status. I am an F2A category. My 130 was approved last year. So here are all the list of documents. Please let me know if I am missing anything.

I-485 Evidence:

· 1 Birth Certificate (translate into English)

· 1 Copy of Visa Page & 1 Copy of Biography page

· Two PP photo 2”x 2” (using pencil print your name & A- number on the back)

· 1 Form G-325 A (biographical info sheet)

· 1 Form G-1145 (e-notification)

· Evidence of eligibility (NOA):

- Receipt notice for I-130

- I-824 Receipt notice for replacement notice of approval

- I-824 application form

- Email confirmation stating approval of I-130 immigrant petition

- Copy of approval page taken from USCIS.gov website

· Money order of $1070 (I-485 + Biometrics) to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

I-864 Evidence:

· IRS transcript 2014 (W2 forms)

· Employment letter stating annual salary (from which date you got the raise), position, start date, and future employment

· Paystubs for previous 6 months

· Copy of sponsor’s green card (front and back)

I-765 Evidence:

· Two PP photo 2”x 2” (using pencil print your name & A- number on the back)

· Form G-1145 (e-notification)

· 1 Copy of Visa Page

· A copy of last EAD (front & Back)

· A copy of passport (biographical page)

I-693 form.

I never received my NOA:2 instead I am sending above listed docs in its place to prove the approval of my I-130.

I had an EAD card from my OPT. I am currently an F1 student.

I am not looking to fill out AP.

Also, I am sending W2's with IRS transcript because I file joint but I am only using my income to qualify for I-864.

Thank you everyone.
