I am unsure on which procedure my husband (and I) need to do when it comes to change of address..

We sent in an AOS package on Feb 10, 2015 containing i485, i765, i130, i864 and i864a. We now have his green card!

So i am confused on what needs to be filed for change of address, because in the top option, we were approved (recently, kinda) and the bottom applies as well because we filed an i485. Could you also PLEASE clarify who needs to send what as far as what my husband sends and what i send.. FYI, my husband was the immigrant. Please let me know if you need anymore information.

Sorry if this is in the wrong area, if so, please move it to the correct area, admin!

I'm Hannah & I'm from NC! MY husband is Nico & he's from Northern Ireland.

My husband entered the US on the VWP December 14, 2014, and I found out I was pregnant not long after arriving back home from N. Ireland. (I was visiting him there, and he came back home with me to visit and spend Xmas/his bday with me.)

We decided to get married Jan 16, 2015 as it was the right thing to do and I love him very much. (L):luv:

Feb 10, 2015 we sent away our AOS package containing i-485, 1-765, i-130, i-864, i-864a.

Feb 23, 2015 USCIS texted/emailed me saying the case was received.

Feb 28, 2015 USCIS mailed us

March 11, 2015 we received a RFE for the i-485.

April 6, 2015 husband went to biometrics.

April 14, 2015 we sent away the RFE and information requested.

June 24, 2015 went for our interview

Green card received in July!

Your husband has his GC doesn't he? He is now a LPR. As a LPR he must complete the AR-11 change of address on-line: http://www.uscis.gov/ar-11 within 10 days of moving. He has no pending petitions or applications so he does not need to do anything else. You are the sponsor with an enforceable I-864 so you must complete the I-865 within 30 days of moving: http://www.uscis.gov/i-865. Keep the proof for your removal of conditions (ROC).
