The shooter apparently said he was suffering from racial discrimination and sexual harrassment at work, as a homosexual African-American.

He should have filed a complaint with EEO and started applying for other jobs. Never let someone else's stupidity get to you.

he filed. he also filed against another tv station, he had been fired from. the eeoc found no evidence backing his claims.

EEOC found no evidence to his claims, many of which date back to 2000 at every single place he held a job. This is yet another case of a very mentally and criminally disturbed individual having access to guns. Plenty of warning signs it sounds like, and no one does anything about it.
