Hey all,

i was wondering if someone can help me by answering my question. my wife and I called USCIS for an expedite but the lady on the phone did not master her job. she told us they will send us a letter about how we can make an expedite. but later we discovered that the letter that they sent us is a response. she did not even give us the chance to tell her why we wanted the expedite and for what reason she only asked us about under what criteria it falls that's all.

today we have called them again and requested a new expedite. my question is how many times can we request for i130 petition and if there is any time that must be between the denial and the new request and thanks a lot.

You can make an infoPass appointment and talk to a USCIS officer directly about an expedite request.

Have you tried scheduling an appointment at a different Florida field office? I know it'll probably be a long commute but, you'll be able to get answers on your case.

No there's no time limit. I have known of people who have submitted expedite request over and over again. You need to send in your request. Have you done that and sent in evidence.

If you call USCIS ask for a tier 2 Supervisor and ask for an expedite they should be assigning you a reference number and you can usually fax in the paperwork. Than you wait for their decision.
