Paid the AOS fee and IV not invoiced

hello im miya and i need some help to understand some things, so we received a letter from the nvc in 23th June 2015 that they received our case , we paid the AOS FEE in 13th July it shows paid ,so in 20th August We submit the DS-261 form and it shows completed , so im wondering about the time that we should wait to pay the IV FEE i think it takes to long to be available, ???

The IV fee is not invoiced until after the DS261 is reviewed. Try calling the NVC in a few days to see if they will review it over the phone. DO NOT reopen the DS261. Your fee will be invoiced a couple days after DS261 is reviewed.

Yea why shouldn't we reopen it?

And yes i'm asking cause i think I reopened it after I completed it and now they won't review it over the phone.

You may need to call a couple times to get the DS261 reviewed. If you reopen it, it restarts their 30 day review period for the DS261.

you should have gotten both invoices by now

Actually i don't know all they said that i have to wait we didn't receive nothing from the nvc is this normal ?

They will tell you that on the phone. Just keep calling the NVC once or twice a week eventually you will get a person that will review the ds-261 on the phone for you and then you will be able to pay the IV fee and fill out the ds-260 form

You can send in the AOS and Iv packets now. Use the cover sheet that you can print from the AOS payment portal. Send both packets together to the address on the cover sheet

The best time is to call them early in the morning as soon as they are open

you will need your case number and birthday of both of you

You Can ask them if your ds-261 has been review. If not ask if they can review on it the phone. Also since it is hard to get thru at NVC you should ask them anything else you might not be sure about

Aug 24th is your scan date the day they receive your packets. 24 days is the estimated time for them to review

Did you send in both the Aos And the Iv packets

Also while you are waiting for them to review packets. You can call Nvc every so often to see if they can review the ds-261 choice of agent form over phone if they had not done so. That is a seperate review from reviewing of documents

You will not be able to paid Iv fee or fill out Ds-260 imigration form untill your Ds-261 form has been review and invoice

Yes my husband send them both and he is the petitioner, do i have the right to review the DS-261 with them or my husband should do that?
