You appear to be implying that there is a clear cut demographic who can be defined for endemic social problems affecting the poor and uneducated.

I don't think much if any rebuttal is required of such a premise. Anyone promoting it has tied the rope to the tree, climbed up on the chair and stuck their head through the noose.

i'm not implying anything. i'm looking for clarification on a post.

you haven't read this thread have you? Carson pointed fingers. a poster pointed a finger, but won't clarify who they're pointing at. we all know who they're pointing at. I just want them to say it.

You stated that minorities never get blamed for anything. I find that a curious statement as it implies that people should be blamed for things off the back of their ethnic origin.

the op lists a bunch of issues, that i agree, are important issues. i disagree with carson's perceived solutions - which are sorely off target - mostly because he subscribes to bootstrap theory.

i do agree with carson that the blacklivesmatter movement is misguided in attacking sanders, not that they protested at his speech - that's perfectly fine - but that they're attacking an ally.

Sounds like his views are consistent with his upbringing in which case the "bootstrap theory" is valid...at least to him.

the boostrap theory is all that it takes for me, i can't get behind it. of course, i'm not talking personal character - just politics. easy to judge on politics.
