I suggest you wait about 10-15 days since Aug XX and call NVC to get your case number and invoice number so you can fill in DS-261 and pay Aff of support fee.

Yes, it is a loooooooooooooooooong and painful process.. I was crying every single day after the 6th month of waiting. Thank goodness that we have received at least something! I just really hope that we will also receive a hard-copy soon! :)

Maybe our wishes were finally granted by our Almighty and we might going to have wedding on the 28th of the November :)))

I really hope that you will receive your NOA2 soon as well :)

Hello, I want to share what's happening with my I 130 petition priority date April 6th, 2015.
On Aug 22 we received this email:
*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: SRC******

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On August 22, 2015, we reopened your Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, Receipt Number SRC*****, and are reconsidering our earlier decision. We sent you a notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by September 21, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

We've never had a decision on our case so I called customer service and was told that it was a glitch in the system.

August 24 we received two emails two minutes apart, both say:

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

I was not going to call this time but when I logged into my account on uscis.gov under Case History it says:

Case History

08/24/2015

We approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan.

In the middle of the screen is still showing:

Spoke to tier2 representative and was told that my case is still pending and there was no decision made yet.
Anyone had the same messages? Please HELP!!!
