I am moving in around 3 months time to the usa after my K1 visa was approved this August.

I have a few things i wanted to take, household good etc. I was just wondering if i was allowed to take chocolates, biscuits, baked beans all that kind of stuff from england to usa. I will really miss these sorts of things and i know they are available in the usa but not as good as england.

Will these be charged customs and duty???? they are my own personal use....

I am planning to send out a shipment of Max 100kg should i put the items in there? OR my luggage?

Please advise!!

Those kinds of foods are not prohibited.

The actual rule is you get your household goods admitted duty free. CBP defines that as things you have owned at least one year. So the food items likely are not going to be "household goods" if anybody bothers to inspect your luggage or parcel. There is also a difference between accompanied goods and unaccompanied. In your luggage, they are accompanied by you through customs. You get to bring $100 worth duty free (of new items that aren't counted as household goods.

We do find all those British items in our Houston grocery stores or World Market. So once here you might look around your area to see what you find to satisfy your cravings. Yes, they will be more expensive because they will be imported.
