I justo got an email from the NVC with the IL. They gave me an appointment for October 16th, 2015. Next month!! I'm so happy!!! Congratulations to everybody!! Be patient!!

Congratz my friend...before u received ur IL email today, did u know already that u got scheduled for interview or not?

12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

No one can give you a specific answer here.... I know it's really painful nut you just have to keep calling. Perhaps you should ask to speak to a supervisor.. If you're lucky enough they'll put you through to him. Just insist you want to speak to a supervisor with regards to your case

Guys i just got my CC email today....just a week after case completion...now im trying to call nvc if there is scheduled interview for me..wish me luck..i will update later after my phone call

Don't give up just yet... They recently scheduled for the cr1 and ir1 guys... Just keep calling.

now I m very sad ?my hubby calling to NVC on phone after a hold of 50 minutes and get the same answer "still in process of review" and under to supervisor....how much time under to supervisor?

I am really sorry for you I know the pain as I am going through the same thing, yes there will be no time frame once it enters into the supervisor review I am calling them every other day to see whether they looked into the case or not but unfortunately I don’t have any luck and I am very close to my priority date L don’t know whether they will complete my case by then or not moreover I paid my fees twice so I learned a lesson from this that I need to have a lot patience J when things are going really bad just wait and see. When I got an email to pay the AOS&IV fee’s I should have waited for a week when the NVC has website issues to pay the fees online but instead of waiting I sent a check and messed up the whole process and now paying for that.

Don’t worry madam just pray to GOD and ask your husband to call NVC and fallow up the case and if it is possible ask your husband to speak to supervisor.

Congratulations in advance :)

You need to have a birth certificate of your new born baby. If in your country they issue a passport to a new born babay its best. You will probably fill ds230 (hard copy form) and they will issue a visa to babay also.

They will guide you step by step process.

i need help, my interview date is oct 14 but i have to reschedule it end of october because i will give birth on 1st week of october. my question is how can i add my baby as derivative? thank you
