It's even better that they've not started scheduling for them. Was starting to get worried that next vb may stand still.

I know Franklin, that's y I'm still not losing hope because I saw that they don't have it either, probably...meaning they haven't started scheduling for nobody, im nervous too coz in approx. 8 to 10 days VB for oct. is going to be out...

I tried to call earlier, the nvc rep said no Interview yet, I asked her if they are already starting interview for oct. she said yes, I can't understand who are they scheduling for oct. if it wasn't us, coz I believe they almost cover all February filers...

So annoying... But I'm not really worried cos those agents are known to give contradictory information when it comes to such.

Something tells me it'll be Monday next week we'll get IL

it's been 45 days from the day i send mail to NVC for my upgrade from F2A to CR1 , can i call NVC and request for review it or No? do they will accept my request or they will say wait again ?

They'll tell you to wait for the usual 60 days..... But these days it usually takes 70-75days

Called nvc today, she said no interview set yet, they are just waiting for the embassy to give them availability on how many case they can take in for October, then they will start to schedule interviews!!!!! Finally current!!!!
