I think what he is trying to say is october interview schedule not those who are october priority date...am i right franklinadamau?

12/23/13 : PRIORITY DATE

02/28/15 : DS-261

03/04/15 : AOS bill paid

06/30/15 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

07/02/15 : AOS and IV package received by NVC

07/02/15 : Scan Date

07/30/15 : Paid IV fee

07/31/15 : submitted DS-260

08/10/15 : checklist thru phone call (told by CSR but never receive checklist email) they request me to send my civil docs

08/24/15 : re-sent civil docs

08/26/15 : 2nd scan date (received email 08/29/15)

09/10/15 : called nvc..CSR told me i have no problem with my documents and just call back next week

09/15/15 : called morning not cc..called again at 6:15 pm already CASE COMPLETE

09/22/15 : received case complete e-mail

09/30/15 : called in the morning, my 1st and 2nd call no IL...called again at 12:30pm i got IL for NOV 10

it is already september, does it indicate that the visa bullentin will not move forward this month?

Let's be patient. They'll start scheduling anytime soon. I think they've been some recent changes. Regardless the next VB is guaranteed to move forward which ever way

My case is F2A complete on July 29th , My PD 02/24/13 and i sent e mail and mail to upgrade from F2A to CR1 , it;'s been 5 weeks and i called NVC they still tell me keep wait . What happen now , Anybody upgraded from F2A to CR1 help me out with that ? I dont know what to do now

I have a friend who upgrade her case too, I think it will take them a total of 72 days to finish the upgrade, that's what the nvc rep. Told her, coz it will take 30 days from the time u send ur naturalization cert. before they will open the document, and another 42 days to verify if it's authentic..

I SENT upgrade request by email and also by courier. It took them 70 days to respond so thats the average time now. i called almost every week only to be told to wait 45 days. In the end my PD was current and don't need the upgrade again.

They replied me after 75 days that my case is current and should contact embassy to upgrade. (so that is when it would have been upgraded if my case wasn't current).

Yes sorry PD : 02/24/2014 and case complete on Juy 29 2015 , and i sent both mail and e-mail to NVC to upgrade to CR1 but been over 5 weeks notthing done yet :(
