Can i file I-824 while my I-485 is in process?

gotta be done again for the k-2 human. not need new petition but need new application.

Do you really need help on this? Seriously ? Yer husband should be able to handle most within 48 hours utilizing a pc and a credit card.

Thank you very mich Darnell, you are right all your advice. The HK embassy transfered my daughters case to manila and she just have to wait for the instruction from Manila US embassy. and you are right i dont need to file I-824 as she is still accorded in my petition she just need application and i dont have to wait my AOS. Thank you again!
