I'm a US citizen, I filed form I-130 in 05/27/2014 for my husband who lives in Yemen, I got a message in Jan/15/2015 asks for RFE, in March/20/2015 I provided them with all supporting documents that can prove our marital relationship.

Since that time no action has been taken, because of war life became worse there in Yemen so I sent a message in June/22/2015 to Buffalo Filed Office described how things is getting worse there and seeking for an interview, but I received no response.

Ten days ago I submit an ( Case outside normal processing time ) through uscis website, also no action has been taken.

In 03/28/2015 I got a baby and I'm thinking of providing his birth certificate to Buffalo filed office so that can support and prove our marital relationship.

My last action is :

On January 8, 2015, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative ...

Next step shows : we will prepare your case for officer review. If we need more information, we notify you

My husband lives in hot zone and I need to be interviewed as soon as possible, I don't know what to do so I contact you full of hope looking for solution.

Thanks

You may be eligible for an expedite. Here's a link with information on how to request one: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

I think the quickest way to request one would be to make an InfoPass appointment and explaining the situation to an officer.

it would be helpful if you would :time:

I am not entirely sure based on the information you provided what is happening with your case. Did USCIS transfer your case to the buffalo field office? Try calling USCIS and request and expedite. They will ask for you to support your request with documentation and from there determine if you qualify or not.

Thank you

Buffalo Filed Office is about 4 hours by a car from my house, and when I make an infopass they suggest me another local office near my area (Syracuse Satellite Office)so is it okay to go to This office or buffalo filed office?

You need to call USCIS to file your request for expedite, a USCIS field office is now processing your case. Call the USCIS main number, put in a service request for an expedite. They will ask you for supporting documentation and make a decision on if the expedite should be granted. It is unlikely that contacting the Buffalo office directly will elicit a response. You can also try to make an infopass appointment at that service center, just be prepared with ALL your documentation including why an expedite is necessary.
