I-130 for the Green Card ? (visa K1)

Hello everyone,

The I-130 is for a family reunion ? Or do I have to complete the Green Card?
I have currently a visa K1. I am filling out the various forms for the Green Card and I wonder if I should also complete the form I-130. I read everything and its opposite on blogs or FB.
Someone familiar with the subject could help me and explain it to me?

If you are adjust from K-1 visa, you don't need to complete I-130. If I understand correctly your questions.

You married within 90 days of entry on the K-1, right?

That's a good question because if the OP married after 90 days then she has to file I-130 as well.
