Why not call them and request a supervisor review. If your documents been sitting there for 3 months something isn't right. Call right now demand a supervisor. It could very well be a generic letter or mistake. Don;t sit around and wait for them.

Solmart,

I'm in a similar situation. They've had my case since March. I submitted all my AOS and IV documents in May, but I couldn't pay the IV Fees until July 7th because of the software glitch. Then I was able to submit my DS260 on July 11th, I have been waiting since then for them to review the DS260, its the only thing missing for my case to be complete. I have called many times and they always give me a different answer. I am now on supervisor review, but nothing seems to happen.

I have seen that many people who submitted their cases recently have gotten a CC in a few days, this is so discouraging.

11-10-14 : I-130 Sent
11-20-14 : NOA1 Received

02-09-15 : NOA2 Received
03-04-15 : NVC Received

04-14-15 : Submit DS-261

04-14-15: AOS Invoice Paid

05-01-15: Sent AOS & IV Package

05-05-15: Scan Date

06-05-15: Received checklist by email

06-16-15: Checklist scanned

07-07-15: IV Invoice Paid

07-11-15: Submitted DS-260

08-24-15: Supervisor review

09-02-15: CC

09-11-15: Interview scheduled

10-29-15: Interview

Soon 2015: received visa

Soon 2015: received GC
