Please send some advice... My husband I jointly filed my application to removed condition on my status using I-751. To make the story short we received an RFE letter last May. My problem is my husband doesn't want to continue the processing anymore because he doesn't get along with my child (from the previous marriage). I have all the pertinent papers though that the USCIS is asking. My question is if I have to process this myself ( RFE docs) without my husbands consent, can he do such calling USCIS to reject my application? Please help...

Hi Alay,

Sorry about your situation.

Anyways, you can open your own new thread, suggested forum: Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits. People will chime in. This one is older than the dinosaurs.
