Is there anybody still waiting for approval like me??? I've been waiting for so long.more than a year now since they received my case on September 23 2015. I submitted more evidence on June 21st and hear nothing from them. It've been almost 5 months since then. Any advises guy? I'm super worried now. ??? please help!!!

Still waiting also. Got through to speak to someone after several tries, who put in a service form for me and told me to call back the next day as Vermont doesn't handle calls later in the day. Call back and can't talk to tier 2 because a service form was submitted and have to wait for them to call me. They called over a week later and took some information that I already supplied. A few weeks later I received a letter stating your petition is still pending, file transferred, material you sent was insufficient for a decision, we regret that we are unable to give you a time frame..... we hope this info was helpful....

Thank you though. When did you file? Did you receive the RFEs letter from them? My case is in California. I hate to play this waiting game.
