August 2015 filers are at 35% approval for Vermont. Hopefully the approvals start trickling in for us next month!

NOA1: July 18th, 2012

Touched: July 23rd, 2012

No RFE! So Happy :)

NOA2: Jan 25th, 2013 (191 days)

August 2015 filers are at 35% approval for Vermont. Hopefully the approvals start trickling in for us next month!

The first Vermont September filler posted an approval on tractit. He posted that got an approval letter yesterday and his NOA date is September 14th. So obviously VCS has started opening September files. Good luck to everyone!

08/8/13 I-130,I-485, 765, and 131 package mailed


08/12/13 package received by USCIS chicago


08/14/13 text and email of acceptance received (PD 8/12)


08/16/13 hard copies of I-797c receipt notices received


08/23/13 Biometric notice recieved, Biometric scheduled for 09/13/13


08/28/13 Successful Biometric walk in


09/03/13 I-485 application status updated showing RFE.


09/07/13 RFE received in mail. It is asking to show that I-130 petitioner is a US citizen


09/12/13 I-485 updated to 'RFE Response Review'..


10/10/13 I-765 Updated to Card/Document in Production. I-131 Updated to 'Post Decision Activity' - Approved.


10/16/13 Second notification for I-765 Card/Document in Production


10/17/13 I-485 Updated to 'Testing and Interview'


10/21/13 Received notification that EAD card has been sent in mail.


10/22/13 Received notification with USPS tracking number for EAD


10/23/13 Received notification for I-485. Interview scheduled on 11/26.


10/23/13 Received EAD/AP Combo card in mail.


10/26/13 Received Interview letter in mail.


11/26/13 Went through Interview. I-130 & I-485 approved. Green card in production.


11/27/13 I-485 updated to Post Decision Activity. Saying I-485 was reopened.

12/06/13 I-485 Status changed to card production. (Again )


12/13/13 Received 2 year Green Card and welcome letter in mail. COA is CX6.

I am a late August VSC filer and haven't heard anything. I feel that I may have more in common with the September filers since I have an Aug 28th NOA.

Have any VSC September filers heard anything? Saw at least one approval on the timeline section...

7/17/12 - Send I-129F via USPS Priority to Dallas Lockbox

7/20/12 - USPS Delivery Confirmation

7/25/12 - Check Cashed, NOA1 Email and Text Message

7/30/12 - NOA1 Hard Copy Arrives, Notice Date 7/24/12 (Vermont Service Center it is)

1/17/13 - NOA2 Text and Email!

1/22/13 - NOA2 Hard Copy Arrives, Dated 1/17/13

1/24/13 - Case received by NVC, call them and get Case #

1/25/13 - Case mailed to Amsterdam Consulate by NVC

1/28/13 - Case delivered to Amsterdam Consulate

1/30/13 - Packet 3 delivered to Fiancee

1/30/13 - Packet 3 filled and returned to Amsterdam Consulate

2/4/13 - Packet 4 delivered to Fiancee

5/13/13 - Receive Biometrics appointment letter, Notification Date 5/9/13.

5/14/13 - Receive 3 NOA1 Letters for I-485, I-765, and I-131. Notification date 5/6/13.

6/4/13 - Biometrics Appointment @ 3pm.

6/28/13 - Email and Text Notification, Approval of EAD and AP, Card Production Ordered.

7/3/13 - Receive another Email/Text Notification - Card Production ordered on EAD.

7/8/13 - Receive EAD/AP Combo Card in mail.

11/16/13 - Submit E-Request regarding long processing time. Receive reply on 11/20/13 stating "we cannot provide window for processing. case is pending consideration."

11/23/13 - Receive Email/Text notification @ 2:45pm that card production has been requested! APPROVED!

11/27/13 - Receive Email/Text notifications that card had been mailed, USPS tracking # provided.

11/30/13 - 2 year Green Card Arrives in the mail along with approval letter. 2 years USCIS-free coming up! Thanks Visajourney!

Removal of Conditions

8/25/15 - I-751 Package mailed to Vermont Service Center via USPS

8/28/15 - Date of NOA1 on letter received

9/29/15 - Biometrics appointment assigned for 9am. Completed.

8/19/16 - Date of ROC approval. We submitted E-request on 8/11/16.

8/30/16 - 10 year green card received!

Hi BeetLover - I filed on Sept 3rd (NOA on Sept 10th) and haven't heard anything yet. It still says "Case Received" online when I check.
