In my case, it took 10 months. I think it depends when you apply. The 3 months before the 2-year card expire is also counted. I applied in December 2014, VSC, my temporary green card expired in March 2015. The approval came in October 2015.

Ravi922 , were you a Roc waiver filer or joint Roc ? I noticed somewher that you filed Roc waiver , any ways im happy for you , if a waiver how long did it take ? Have you got any RFE?

Yes i had a waiver but not joint, no RFE or interview . Guess coz we have a child through marriage ,

applied on 09/14/15 and approved on 04/14/16

Received RFE :cry: , The notice says that we didn't include W-2's with our tax forms. This is so frustrating! We sent a solid packet with plenty of financial co-mingling! We had joint accounts even before we got engaged because we lived together! We'll include that as well some other evidence that we can muster and hope for a quick approval!

This is sad after a long wait. At least you heard back from them. Did you submit tax transcripts from IRS?

Yes we did, but we didn't include W-2's because we didn't think USCIS cared about it when we submitted both federal and state tax returns. We have been together for 6 years now, 4 years of joint bank accounts, 3 years of joint insurance (health, dental, life, auto), photos from multiple vacations. Ugh, I don't know how much more we can provide at this point.

i got the same request and provided the same as you. i feel exactly the same, i sent of the requested info along with more examples.

I guess if they are not satisfied it will be an interview which i am not concerned with as we do not have anything to hide, it just frustrating playing the waiting game.

Still nothing :( my case status just says it was received. My biometrics were done in Oct...seems so long ago now!!!
