incomplete docs for interview

Hi from Philippines, my interview is sept 15, sad to say my fiance haven't finish in collecting docs I needed for interview, he only have copy of his divorce, income tax 2014,w2 2014, form i-134, letter of intent.. I think it will take time to get employment letter and pay stub.. Do u think guys its OK if I only have those docs on my interview? Thanks

You never know because they can ask for all that. They didn't ask for any of those when my fiancee went. It's your risk to take. Lately they haven't been asking for bank, w2, taxes or 134 but they can if they want.

why not reschedule? you can reschedule once w/o penalty as far as i know.

Rescheduling now is not the best option based on the fact it's for some documents that may or may not be asked for. It's best to keep moving forward and as she is doing while her fiancée is getting the documents together and will scan and put them in a PDF format for her to print on her end.

What they are doing is very doable.

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Thank you for reply.. I don't want to reschedule coz as I observe it take a long time to get another schedule.. I just pray will fix it asap..and they say scan copy of emp letter and pay stub are fine so I'll go with that..
