hi

you should be able to add, but you are incorrect

if you are petitioning your spouse, the beneficiary is always added on 1, persons you are sponsoring on this affidavit

then all your dependent children would be added on 4

you don't add your spouse on 3 because you already entered her as the beneficiary

The thing is i cant modify 8.

Also there is a note between 1 & 2 saying: "Persons NOT sponsored on this affidavit"

It doesnt make sense, im confused.

I gpt it, the java script is disabled on adobe reader. I just enabled it and it added all. Npw the total is 3.

Hi,

You must include your daughter. While you can file the I-864w for her, she is still included on an I-864 that you would file for another immigrant.

Thank you

When i submit forms i864 and i864w, can i submit it together in 1 packet? Where do i submit it? What is the minimum amount of annual wage to be qualified for sponsorship?(so i can find out if i needed a co sponsor or not)
