Hi guys, my fiancee's interview is coming up next week! And I'm very worried about my AOS.

As you can see I am on my early 20's and did not have any tax return for the past 2 years, but I do have a full time job that I just got this year.

I am making around $28,800/yearly and stated on the AOS, this is the list of files we have for the AOS:

  • AOS Form, making $28,800 yearly
  • Bank Statement stating that I have $5,000 on my bank account.
  • Letter of Employment that I'm making $28k a year and I am full time, original letter with signature of employer.
  • Letter explaining why I didn't have any tax return last year.

My question is would this be sufficient? Without W2 or IRS transcript? Please let me know.

If it's just the two of you, you make enough income and do not need the bank statement. You will be ok with the rest.
