My guess, have your fiance mail you a corrected one so you will be prepared in the event of an RFE

Depending upon which 'part', you may get an RFE. Nothing you can do now but wait. If your petition gets approved without an RFE, you can correct it during your interview at the Consulate.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I guess I should have said a corrected 4. I had Tao sign four since each goes someplace different if I have read things right.

I agree with Jim.

Ask your fiance to correct the potentional mistake and send it to you - that way you can mail the correction as soon as you get an RFE - if you do.

Otherwise just sit back and relax. Most people have the same doubts as you do - me included. Everything usually works out ok

We had no RFE.

I did the same thing, so what I did was email my fiance a corrected version of the 325a, had her sign and date, then send it back to me. When I received the 325, I wrote a short letter explaining my mistake, my case number on the letter, a copy of my NOA1, and sent the package to csc. I have not received a confirmation or anything; Just wanted to avoid the RFE, so I'm not even sure if it worked or not.
