I need your help. I applied for K-1 visa and I would love to have a wedding here in Egypt. So, can I have a marriage contact here in Egypt within few daysbefore getting married in the US?!

No. Getting married will void your K-1. You'd have to start over with CR1.

Too many people ask this question. Sorry, no, if you get married you are no longer fiances and cannot immigrate in with the K1

No problem. You can do it after you marry in the US and get AP for travel.

Just curious, different scenario, what if He stayed here in the US but his parents go to Egypt and bring her here the same day she leaves her house (na11 was saying few days).But in Muslim culture if "played properly" she becomes wife when she leaves her house,but imams not always give the paper stating so..meaning she's wife but nothing written proves that.. So she arrives here and the same day they together go to court (or whatever) to register marriage.

Still no go? Will she sent back to Egypt (remember there is no paper stating she is married yet)?
