CR2 Interview date Notification??

Hi,

This is for my step-son in the Philippines (I'm the petitioner). So I got the letter below from the NVC on July 22nd. To this day I have not received an interview notification. My question is, how long does it take to receive the notification for the interview date? What's the average? I just want to make sure I'm not missing something. Thanks!

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

NVC will schedule the interview. Sometimes they are slow to schedule and can be up to an beyond 30 days. Just need a little more patience.

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]
