Hello:

My fiance's visa was ISSUED on August 10, 2015. I understand it can take 7-10 business days to arrive at the Thai Post for pickup.

She went to the designated GSS pickup location today, and they would not help unless she has the tracking number. According the thr US Travel Docs - Thailand website, she only needed to have her ID card to pickup. It did not mention the tracking number.

When entering the passport number in the "passport tracker" It has been saying "Your visa has been picked up" for since 3 days ago. (She did not pick it up -- I am assuming that is when the Thai Post picked it up from the Embassy)

We emailed the Bangkok Immigration Unit asking for the tracking number 3 days ago, but not reply yet.

The Thai Post phone number for the specific pickup location does not work.

Any suggestions??''

Thank you in advance!
