Yep, those are the addresses from the I-130 instructions. Top one if you're using UPS.

Hi may I ask some questions..my husband told me he will send the I -130 at Chicago.. But I told him since he's from texas he can send it to the nearest city..but he insisted it's in Chicago..now I'm confused...I hope u can help us before he file it.

If he's filing from Texas he needs to send it to Phoenix Arizona lockbox
