The documents that your fiance will need depends on what the letter from the consulate says... it could say no supporting documents are needed or it could have a list of things to bring. The consulate could also call your fiance and tell them over the phone what documents they need to bring and what date and time the interview is.

I highly recommend reading through the consulate reviews to review the different questions asked by the consulate officers to visa seekers.

Don't forget the birth certificate,NBI clearance, Cenomar, Recent photos and chats/calls. Trust me they ask for these. Letter from employer,again tax papers. DS 160 confirmation page of course. Receipt of payment for interview.

- PASSPORT: A passport must be valid for travel to the United States and must have at least six months validity beyond the issuance date of the visa. Children under 16 years old may be included in a parent's passport, or have their own passports.

- BIRTH CERTIFICATES: One original birth certificate of each person named in the application is required. The certificate must state the date and place of birth and the names of both parents.

- UNOBTAINABLE BIRTH CERTIFICATES: If an official birth certificate is not obtainable, present the best possible secondary evidence, such as a baptismal certificate, hospital certificate, school records, and/or a notarized affidavit from your parents.

- POLICE CERTIFICATES: Each applicant aged 16 years or over is required to submit a police certificate from the police authorities of each locality of the country of the applicant's nationality or current residence where the applicant has resided for at least six months since attaining the age of sixteen. Police certificates are also required from all other countries where the applicant has resided for at least one year. A police certificate must also be obtained from the police authorities of any place where the applicant has been arrested for any reason, regardless of the length of residence. Police certificates from certain countries are considered unobtainable. The consular office will advise you about any particular country.

- COURT RECORD: Original court record.

- PHOTOGRAPHS: Two color photographs are required. The photographs must be full face photos, taken within the past six months. A “full face” photo is one which the applicant is facing the camera directly. The photograph must measure 2 inches square (5cmx5cm) with the head centered in the frame.

- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATES: If you were married previously, you must provide proof of the termination of any previous marriage(s); (divorce, death certificates)

- CELIBACY CERTIFICATE: Original copy of celibacy certificate.

- MEDICAL EXAMINATION: Arrange for a medical examination with one of the physicians listed on the attached information sheet. You are responsible for the cost of the examination. A medical examination is also required for each child who will accompany you.

- EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP: You are required to submit proof of a valid relationship with the petitioner. It is, therefore, useful to bring with you letters, photographs, e-mails, chat history or other evidence of your relationship.

- AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT: Original I- 134 Affidavit of support form and most recent year tax returns

- TRANSLATIONS: All original documents that are not in English must be accompanied by a certified English translation.
