My K3 cost us

I-129F - $170

I-130 - $190

Police Certificate - $25

Photos - $30

medical exam - $185

K3 Visa - $100

EAD - $180

Biometrics - $70

AOS - $325

Total - $1275

Thanks for that post reba, it makes it easier for me to see it broken down like that. I guess I didn't see it since this other is a lump sum. Also priceless, is the happiness our decision has brought my husband as he is SO excited about his new chef position.

I filed for an FOIA at xmas time to see what was in his files but who knows when that'll come.

Did you use an attorney or file the FOIA request yourself? Did you write the request from scratch, or use boilerplate from somewhere?

I need to try to get consular records via FOIA or the Privacy Act as well, but I'm not sure how to proceed.
