Hi readers

I filled my i751 form in January and got my extension letter after 2 days and did my bio metric after 2 months.Before yesterday my case status was just case received with date but yesterday when i check my status it says case was received at my local office .What does this means ,,,,,

It is very likely they are scheduling your interview.

12/06/2014: Package filed

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

What is the exact wording on your case status? Some January 2015 cases are now being transferred from VSC to CSC to reduce workload. If it's a transfer to your local USCIS office, then as Nancy said, you're getting an interview.

It is not yet confirmed that it is going to CSC. no one knows that for sure yet. Everyone's ststus says that case has been transferred to another office.

That is not true, you're basing your opinion on nothing.. Everyone's cases got transferred, everyone that filed in Dec and Jan. Does that mean that ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GOT TRANSFERRED WILL GET INTERVIEWS? Noooooooooo, the cases got transferred because of overload. So it's not "Most likely" that he will have an interview. All of us got transferred and all the people on this forum that filed for i-751 never got an interview. Look at the stats before you comment and give wrong info.

Calm down dude. we are here to help each other, not to scream if we dont agree w something.

first, if case is transferred from VT to CA it is because of overload but if case is transferred to local office there is some other reason for that.

second, that is not true that nobody on this forum had 751 interview, i am december filer and i had interview.......
