After major stressing this past week... I got mine in the mail today! Dated 2/20! Guess the mail from VT is slow to NYC. No check cashed...maybe they'll never cash it! jk ;)

Anyway, what a relief!!!! Now I wait for the NOA2 *crosses fingers for a speedy approval*

I can corroborate on the mail being slow between NY and VT : my I-129F did not get there until today even though I sent it from NY via priority mail on Wednesday :angry: Don't know what's up -- but some of my other mail has been late, too. I think it must be the NY post offices, which always seem to be completely backlogged.

Feb 21, 2007: Mailed I-129F via USPS Priority Mail.

Feb 24, 2007: I-129F arrived at VSC at 3:01 p.m.

Feb 27, 2007: NOA1

Feb 28, 2007: They cashed my check.

Mar 2, 2007: Touched! I'm guessing this was my check clearing :)

Mar 5, 2007: NOA1 arrived via snail mail.

Mar 15, 2007: NOA2!!!!!!

Mar 21, 2007: Petition sent to Bogota

May: We send Packet 3 by fax; fax never received.

June: We send packet 3 again; it's sent back because my fiance didn't write NONE and N/A.

July: We send packet 3 again . . .

July 23rd: We get an email from the embassy. Our interview is August 21st!!!

Got mine in the mail on Friday. It was kind of anti-climactic. I guess I wasn't paying attention, but I was thinking that the NOA was something other than just acknowledgment that they received the petition. <_<

OOOOOOOOH I HOPE so!!! I'm going to see my fiance in about 3-1/2 weeks and would love to hand deliver all the necessary papers instead of paying an arm and a leg again. :thumbs:

same date as mine. i dont get my noa1 in the mail yet.

I-129F sent and recieved by USCIS on Feb 16th, 2007-Also I fly to Vietnam to see my fiancee on today. This is the 4th times I have flied to vietnam within a year time frame. I miss her.
