Most of the popular foreign dating sites are exempt from IMBRA. If they are charging the same membership fees to everyone regardless of gender or age, then they won't fall under the IMBRA umbrella.

I was under the impression that if the foreign side - usually the woman's - doesn't pay money for the site, then it isn't covered by IMBRA.

in my case, my fiance did not pay for chinalovecupid.com, but I did.

can you please share a little more information regarding your insight, ch3john? it'd be much appreciated. thank you.
