IMBRA Authorization Form - Does anyone actually have one???

Has anyone ever managed to get an actual IMBRA Authorization release form that was presented as part of a I-129F application for those of you that met on a foreign dating site?

Most of the popular foreign dating sites are exempt from IMBRA. If they are charging the same membership fees to everyone regardless of gender or age, then they won't fall under the IMBRA umbrella.

I was under the impression that if the foreign side - usually the woman's - doesn't pay money for the site, then it isn't covered by IMBRA.

in my case, my fiance did not pay for chinalovecupid.com, but I did.
