I have NOA1 date March 17th and have heard nothing. I have called and they know nothing. They just tell me they are behind. My question is, why do I see petitions from 2-3 months ago approved, but march petitions are still below 50% approval. Is there another contact phone number to check on status?

Thanks,

It is ridiculous, I am sorry for all those still waiting and feel very lucky to have got out of TSC when we did. Know those approved from 2-3 months ago are not at TSC... they are most likely CSC that incorrectly filled out their timeline. CSC has taken almost all apps since March 27th. To get a better idea of what is processing, check out immifairy.com (It has not been much unfortunately the last 3 weeks). It is $10 a month, but helped me to get through the wait at TSC.

Our K-1 journey:

3/2/2015- Petition sent Fedex overnight

3/3/2015- Petition received (NOA1 according to USCIS website)

3/5/2015- Paper NOA1 notice date

9/1/2015- NOA2!! (182 days)

9/4/2015- sent to NVC

9/17/2015- finally got through to NVC and case number assigned

9/24/2015-Status changed to "in transit"

9/29/2015-Dublin Embassy Received

9/29/2015-Packet 3 Received

10/7/2015- Medical scheduled

10/7/2015- Packet 3/readiness sent (Dublin Embassy needs medical complete before readiness is sent)

10/8/2015- Interview scheduled for Oct 29

10/29/2015- Interview, approved! (241 days)

11/9/2015- Visa in hand

12/30/2015- Planned US entry

I just received notice from USCIS that my case was sent to the State Department.

NOA2 on 9/22; send notice on 10/1.

So, it took TSC 9 days to put the case in the mail.

Congrats on moving forward!

I really hope the rest of the march filers left at TSC will join this thread soon.

I finally received the instructions packet on Wednesday and mailed all the requested paperwork today.

In the letter it said that processing may take several months to complete which really disheartened and discouraged me, I was planning to make the interview appointment and proceed with my medical but I decided I will wait for the embassy's go ahead before doing anything...

I wish i could give positive news. But atleast you can know that your not alone. I am so frustrated about the situation. I see people that have recieved their 1st response in June (at TSC) that have already got interview. #######. They messed my dates up to. I have March 17th, but it shows March 23rd. I will be so happy when this is all over. I was planning for her to be with me for Christmas, but I am thinking maybe February or March 2016. I think 1 year is too long to wait. They need take a look at what is wrong and fix it.

I'm right there with you. I sent mine in on the 13th and got approved the 23rd. Stupid Igors list keeps changing when I should have heard the NOA2...went from october 2015 to july 2015.....yes, it went backwards in time.....typical.

But, I did see on other feeds that say TSC is moving along (whatever that means) and more march filers have been accepted.

I will never understand how some people i know personally sent their NOA1 and received an NOA2 in 2-4 months (multiple people). I guess its just the luck of the draw to be honest.

Same here. Filed 3/9/15- they wroted 3/17/15. I put service request in to fix it and they said it was a typo BS. They acknowledged the service request and said made 3 notes on my uscis page and problem has not been fixed. They say that it does not matter. They say it is the date in their computer that matters.

I would not pay attention to Igor's list. I started a thread on VJ....many more people like us. It pisses me off that people filed August and September out of TSC have gotten both NOA's. Every day i send the list to my senator.

Check out thread for some support. You are not alone.

Same boat. They made my filing date March 17. NOA1 is March 9. I am still trying to figure out why they are pushing petitions out past the actual received date. uscis friggin sucks. cant wait to be released

We received our NOA2 on August 28, 2015; it reached the NVC on September 03 (9 days) and the consulate received it on September 11 (17 days after NOA2)

Thanks for the heads up everyone. I guess I prematurely began celebrating getting the NOA2 in thinking everything would be rapid pace form now on. Looks like we still have some obstacles ahead. Hopefully everything will go smoothly in the coming days!

Our petition was recently approved last October 21, 2015. We thought that's the end of all these dilemnas but reading through the threads here, I guess we just have to extend our patience a bit longer. Hopefully we can all expect our VISAs in a timely manner.

I scheduled my interview for Nov 9. Two weeks to go and I'm so frustrated, when I received packet 3 it said to mail in my original previous passports along with other paperwork and I complied.

I sent two expired passports but one has gone missing, I called twice so far but had no luck getting my point across and no one seems to understand what the issue is, I keep getting replies from them saying to bring the passport at my interview or if I can't provide it to give a statement as to why.

My fiancé and I both write emails to the embassy and currently they are being revised and we are supposed to wait for another email. I really hope they understand the issue at long last.

I had my medical last week, I was wondering if anyone had such a bad experience as I have, I felt so unbelievably degraded and like an animal being appraised. Among other things I had to take my clothes off so a lady doctor can visually examine my entire body and count the scars on it...

And to top it all off, the report says no apparent DEFECT. Defect???? How inhumane is that?
