How to resize photos fpr VJ member profile....

Hi Everyone,

Good luck on your immigration journey. I would like to add some new photos as my member profile picture. These are photos I have taken with my digital camera that I uploaded on my computer. They are about 500+KB and I don't know how to resize them to fit the 16KB limit under "my controls". Any suggestions there as to how to resize them (lol..I feel so computer-challenged) so that I can use them on my profile?

Any comments, suggestions, ideas, or helpful hints appreaciated. Thanks.

2009 ( 2 Months N-400 Wait) "Naturalized": US Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization. Goodbye USCIS!!!!

***Ant is a Naturalized American Citizen!!***: November 23, 2009 (Private Oath Ceremony: USCIS Office, Buffalo, NY, USA)

2009 (<1 Month) "Secured": US Citizen SSN Card.

2009 (<1 Month) "Enhanced": US Citizen NYS 8-Years Enhanced Driver's License. (in lieu of a US Passport)

2010 ( 1 Month) "Voted": US Citizen NYS Voter's Registration Card.

Good luck on your immigration journey. Thanks for your reply. Lol...I did notice that message about automatically resizing, but when I tried to upload the full sized photo, it didn't work. Am I missing something here? And no, I don't have photoshop either...

All photos will be resized automatically which is good I don't have to fuss myself to resize it with photoshop :lol:

There may be an upload limit even if the photos are resized automatically. You should be able to resize images with software that came with the digital camera. How exactly depends on what software you have. Canon's software allows you to resize a photo on export.
