Do you know what you sent initially? If you had only sent W-2's and forgot to send the 1040's then I think that's what they may be looking for..

Thanks for the reply,I sent the IRS transcript..I did not send 1040 and W-2s. Do I have to send them.

Your priority date seems like it would be close to mine, so I think you EAD shouldn't be too far from being approved. Sometimes the approvals don't go in order, they can be a bit crazy. If you haven't

Got my Biometrics appointment letter yesterday scheduled for October 1. Unfortunately, I will be in California at that time so I will try an early walk in next week and if it doesn't work I will have to reschedule it.

AOS Timeline:
August 29, 2015: AOS package mailed to the USCIS in Chicago.
August 31, 2015: AOS package delivered.
September 8, 2015: NOA1 received by text and email (4 receipt numbers).
September 12, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (3 receipt numbers).
September 14, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (1 receipt number).
September 18, 2015: Biometrics appointment letter received for October 1, 2015.
September 22, 2015: Biometrics done. Early walk-in at a different ASC.
September 30, 2015: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
November 11, 2015: EAD card is being produced (Form I-765) and Form I-131 is approved.
November 12, 2015: Form I-765 is approved.
November 15, 2015: Interview scheduled on December 22, 2015.

I got NOA1's almost immediately and it's been that way forever.. :sigh:

I see in your timeline that your biometrics have been done so everything seems normal.

It takes an average of 90 days to get the EAD, so you just need to be patient ;)

I got my biometrics done today. Early walk in at a different ASC without a problem :)

If you sent an IRS transcript, you don't need to send the w2s and 1040. You only send those if what you are submitting is a copy of your return and not the transcript.

I've been staying away from anything that reminds me of the wait lol..not that that's possible. You want your interview, I want my EAD...too bad no one is catering to our wants and needs ;)

It's funny we're in the exact same situation...I've been looking at the July filers and finding that around this time in the process they would hear about the EAD. I definitely don't have the patience to wait for 90 days and when people refer to that timeframe with such ease I guess they haven't yet been through an entire month of not seeing anything updated about their case...or maybe they don't want/need the EAD as much...Anyway, still here and still counting ;)

I had my biometerics today in Birmingham Alabama. I was 6 mins late and the only one in the office. super quick, i was out in 10mins. Hoping to get update in my EAD. I also have not got any REF and i hope not to.

It's funny we're in the exact same situation...I've been looking at the July filers and finding that around this time in the process they would hear about the EAD. I definitely don't have the patience to wait for 90 days and when people refer to that timeframe with such ease I guess they haven't yet been through an entire month of not seeing anything updated about their case...or maybe they don't want/need the EAD as much...Anyway, still here and still counting ;)

I don't expect getting my EAD before the 90-day timeframe, that way I don't get disappointed or loose my patience. If it comes before, it is awesome though.

My days are pretty busy so I don't really think about the wait. Plus I feel I have been through much more before, being on a non-immigrant visa and not knowing what I would do after it expires (before I got engaged). Now, at least I know it is just a matter of time :)

Today, my case status changed to

On September 23, 2015, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSC15914869**. Your interview is on October 29, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

I don't know the location of the CIS yet.. But I will keep y'all updated as soon as I get the notice.. I think I might get my I-485 approved sooner than my I-765!
