October 20,2015 - EAD Card being Produced & AP Approved

- Received EAD card in mail

- Interview

- Approved I-485

40 Days since I sent in my application packet!

No interview date yet, Amuthan? :( You got your biometrics done quickly, at least! :) Which office will you be doing your interview in?

I'm waiting on my letter with biometrics appointment. Back in full swing at school, so I hope they let me change my time and date if there's a clash and I can't make it!

I just got an update for initial evidence on my I-485 case...I don't know what it is but will just wait till I get the mail...I hope is something I can fix...so worried.

It's scheduled for the end of this month: 9/24/2015

Bio App recived (mail): 9/12. App scheduled for: 9/24

Yeah, until the biometrics everything went godspeed and after that, it's been a drag! My local CIS office would be either Newark or Mt. Laurel in New Jersey! What about you?

I got my NOA1 by mail today :)

I got 4 receipt numbers by text message and email but only 3 by mail, I am missing the I-131 (Application for Travel Authorization) receipt number, do you think I should get it?

AOS Timeline:
August 29, 2015: AOS package mailed to the USCIS in Chicago.
August 31, 2015: AOS package delivered.
September 8, 2015: NOA1 received by text and email (4 receipt numbers).
September 12, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (3 receipt numbers).
September 14, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (1 receipt number).
September 18, 2015: Biometrics appointment letter received for October 1, 2015.
September 22, 2015: Biometrics done. Early walk-in at a different ASC.
September 30, 2015: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
November 11, 2015: EAD card is being produced (Form I-765) and Form I-131 is approved.
November 12, 2015: Form I-765 is approved.
November 15, 2015: Interview scheduled on December 22, 2015.
November 16, 2015: EAD card mailed to me.
November 19, 2015: EAD/AP card received.
December 22, 2015: AOS Interview. Approved on spot.

December 31, 2015: Green Card received.

Submit all supporting tax documentation(W-2s,1099s,Form 2555,and all supporting tax schedules)submitted to the internal revenue service for the most recent tax year. The petitioner/sponsor's household member must submit all supporting tax documents for the most recent tax year.

What should I send?

Do you know what you sent initially? If you had only sent W-2's and forgot to send the 1040's then I think that's what they may be looking for..
