So happy..just got an update on my EAD 65 days after filing.

"On October 21, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1591552***, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address".

Am so happy that I'm going to get it soon..seems my RFE dint delay my case because my I-485 is ready to be scheduled for interview.

Your priority date seems like it would be close to mine, so I think you EAD shouldn't be too far from being approved. Sometimes the approvals don't go in order, they can be a bit crazy. If you haven't

Hi everyone,

Very late joining the group, but just wanted to add our experience and start following everyone else's timelines. We submitted on 08/08, NOA1 08/12. We had an RFE (initial evidence) in late August and sent it back a week later (received 09/08). We just found out that the RFE reset our 90 day timeline, so we're still waiting on the EAD, which is the most important thing for us right now. Hopefully it comes soon since my husband has a job offer to start the end of November!

Good luck to everyone who's still waiting and congrats to those who are seeing steady progress!

I don't think your EAD will be too much longer, we also had an RFE which we sent in incorrectly, and then had to resubmit (see my timeline in my signature) and have received our EAD last week! It was about the 60 day mark from our Priority Date, so even though your case will temporarily stall while they are waiting for the RFE reply, they don't seem to be resetting the 90 day count. Good luck!

Finally my EAD card had been approved and new card in production. super excited. Got a question though, my advance parole hasn't been approved yet, so are people still getting the EAD/AP combo card?

Congratulations on the EAD! Yes, the case will go from card being produced to case approved then will update again when it's been mailed out, then one last time that it has been delivered. :)

Hey fellow August filers! I just found out I belong in this thread! ?

We sent in papers July 27, so naive me thought i was a July filer haha oops

But nonetheless better late than never ;) , here is our journey so far:

So here is my timeline:

Adjusting from F-1 (OPT more specifically) through marriage to USC.

July 27, 2015 - sent in, next day delivered to Chicago lockbox.

August 4, 2015 - NOA received for all forms

August 26, 2015 - Biometrics completed

September 12, 2015 - Case is READY to be SCHEDULED for interview

October 6, 2015 - EAD approved

October 12, 2015 - EAD received in the mail

AND..... NO interview date yet.....

I-130 is still in the pending status as well...

I hope to hear something soon! People on here are getting interview dates already - how exciting you guys!!! Congrats!!!

And may the odds and patience be ever in our favor for those who are waiting like me!

Hey All,

We just got our I-130 and I-485 approved.. The interview was a little indifferent for us and not the kind of experience everyone posts here. But, nonetheless, my case status updated to say "On October 29, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number MSC1591******. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by December 28, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

We are still celebrating our success and I will post a detailed interview experience in both this thread and my timeline as well.. :D

It's hard, but be patient and be prepared with all documents for your interview! :)
