good day me and my wife just received an email from the nvc stating that were missing some documents

here it goes

[x] You must submit the following financial evidence:

[x] A written statement indicating why you did not file _______2014___________________ returns.

[x] _________2014__________________________ IRS tax schedules

[x] _2014__________________________________Federal income tax returns, IRS printout, or Letter 1722 issued by IRS

[x]___2014___W-2 forms(s) or IRS Tax Transcript(s).

I didn't file because I'm with my wife in Philippines may-september 2014 and when I get back homevto states september I can find job in my town where I lived my father is my co-sponsor and I cant stand to do jobs because I have a medical problem and last jul 2015 I received a letter from thebcourt for my disability hiring. need someone help about this.

questions

-I'm in the philippines right now what should I do? there is no way to get those request from IRS.

-is that smart Im gonna mention my medical problem and the letter that I revceived from court for disabilty?

-how can I start do that letter?

please help its greatly appreciated. thank u so much
