My fiance got Packet 3 Yesterday!

Now - Regarding the DS-230 Part 1 he has to return right away:

My fiance is Canadian (so under the Visa Waiver Program), and has traveled to the US upwards of 20-30 times in his life... Does he really have to list every single time he's been in the US? And what if he can't remember all the times, does it really matter?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! (and any other tips regarding Packet 3!)

No, he doesnt need to list every single time. If he just writes a quick note to say he has entered the US many time between the dates of ..... and ..... using the visa waiver programme, exact dates not known. That should be fine.

Thats the only thing I could do as well, I just answered to the best of my knowledge. Since I sent back packet 3 I found an old cancelled passport that proved my answers wrong anyway! Also another of the forms asked for countries visited in the last ten years and when. Thats not easy when you liv in Europe!

All you need to put down is something in the line of "Frequent Visits of less than X days duration" The consulate understands that Canadians take many short, frequent trips to the US.

The other tip I have is to use the forms that are given to you. Montreal is very picky that you use their forms.
