I have another question about the I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. In Part 3 - processing information - it asks the question "Place of Last Entry Into the United States (City/State). My I-94 under travel history says port of entry/exit Vancouver, Canada. I left Canada on July 8 with my K-1 Visa in hand. I had a layover in Denver, Colorado so that would have been the first City and State in the U.S. I landed in before flying on to Tulsa, Oklahoma. My I-94 doesn't mention anything other than saying Arrival, 7-8-15, Vancouver. My question is what do I put in this box? It's asking for a city and state, but the last entry on my I-94 is saying Vancouver, Canada. Is it Vancouver or is it Denver, Colorado or Tulsa, Oklahoma (my final destination)

Use the City and State where you were processed, I'm not sure why your I-94 states Vancouver if you did not enter the US through there.

Use the City and State where you were processed, I'm not sure why your I-94 states Vancouver if you did not enter the US through there.

I entered through Vancouver and that's where I spoke to the immigration people. I just didn't understand since it's asking for a city and state. I thought that meant what U.S. city and state did I come to first. I was looking at the sample forms that had already been filled out and they listed a U.S. city and state on theirs. But instead it should say Vancouver, Canada since that's where I came from?

Your port of entry was Vancouver. It’s one of the International POEs and where you cleared US Customs.
