Can not pay IVF fee online after paying AOS fee over 2 months ago

Hello everyone,

I am working on my parents application and i paid the AOS fee - $120 for each one of them in the first week of June but the IVF fee still says $0.

Does anyone know how long it takes before that shows up? The instructions say i am supposed to pay all the fees online before i mail in my supporting documents but since it has been almost 2 months, can i just mail in my supporting documents while i wait for this IVF fee to become available for me to pay.

Also do i need to pay this IVF fee first before i can complete the DS-260 IV application online?

1-you will not have your IV fee invoiced until your DS261 has been completed and reviewed

2-If you have your NVC welcome letter, go ahead assemble the documents and mail them you do not need to wait for the IV fee to be invoiced

3-yes you will need to pay the IV fee before you can complete the DS260

What is the DS 261 form? The website only shows the DS 260 form.

Yes you can and should send in the AOS and IV documents. The DS-261 is the choice of agent form. Are you sure you are not confusing that form with The DS-260 immigration form. The DS-260 form will not show up until after you have pay the IV fee.

You will not be able to pay the Iv fee until after the NVC reviews the DS-261 choice of agent form. You can call the NVC and ask them to review the DS-261 form over the phone.

Best time to call the NVC is early in the morning right when they open
