How long does it take nvc to send papers

I just received the case number for my k1 petition from nvc, does anyone know how long it will take for them to forward it to my consulate

Once you have the case number provided by NVC you can track it via CEAC https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx and when it says READY, then the embassy is ready for the fiancé to begin setting up the appointment.
