NVC didn't received our docs?

Guys, according to USPS tracking - NVC received our AOS & IV at august 13th, last thursday....i called NVC today at opening, rep. said that they didn`t received anything....what to do? Thanks.

nothing to worry about , its not scanned yet , its not in the system , meant its still in the receiving area but it has not been recorded yet.

  • NVC Received : 2015-05-04
  • Assigned Case Number : 2015-05-14
  • Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-05-19
  • Pay AOS Bill : 2015-05-29
  • Send AOS Package : 2015-05-27
  • Receive I-864 Package : 2015-05-14
  • Submit DS-261 : 2015-05-28 ( The website was down for almost 3 weeks , no one was able to log in )
  • Send IV Package : 2015-05-27
  • Checklist: 26 June 2015 [ Non-submission of DS 260] i was not able to submit it due to the website issue ]
  • Submit DS-260 05 July 2015
  • Case Completed 05 August 2015
  • Interview scheduled on 9/11/2015
  • Interview shceduled for 10/14/2015
  • Interview Status : Approved

It will probably take some time for them to sort out the incoming mail. Please keep calling and inform them your records show it was received.

Considering the delivery was last Thursday, maybe it is in the building but hasn't been processed yet. I does take a few days for NVC to sort through mail and enter it into the system, and for the call center to have info about it. I'd give it a couple of more days to check again.

Thanks guys, i hope u all right...

Don't worry... We sent our documents and they weren't scanned for over 2 months... This is typical... Especially that their computer system was down for over 2 months... Grab a chair and relax.... It's going to be a long annoying trip through the NVC

Well, i must be lucky - i've got Scan-Date Mail today from NVC...scan date: 13.08.2015. Thanks to everyone who respond!! Good Luck!
