I've got an idea, why don't you take your ideas and do with them what your addy suggests!

K-1 Time lines as of 3.10.07

A waste of time, IMHO... but knock yourself out.

If I am a November or December filer, I already know where I stand  If I am a January, February or March filer, the list tells me nothing that I don't already know with 10 seconds of effort at this website. If I am a January, Februrary or March filer, I want to know this:

Fri Feb 9, 2007

Nov cases : 58% (42/72)

Dec cases : 0% (0/55)

Fri Feb 16, 2007

Nov cases : 76% (56/74)

Dec cases : 0% (0/57)

Fri Feb 23, 2007

Nov cases : 82% (64/78)

Dec cases : 09% (6/67)

Fri Mar 2, 2007

Nov cases : 91% (69/76)

Dec cases : 30% (27/71)

Fri Mar 9, 2007

Nov cases : 90% (69/77)

Dec cases : 56% (40/72)

Tells me a HECK OF A LOT MORE (with less work and la la) about what I really care about: case and approval movement

P.S.

If you're staring at those numbers, wondering what they all mean, it says that CSC has been working hard moving cases every week. And it says that if you're a CSC February filer asking about touches and NOA2s already, you need to get a life.

The NOA2 is 2/28, crazy but got it in the mail last week (so can't be a mistake, right?). As far as Armenia goes... I did not input that myself, but was done automatically when I entered all the other data... my guess is it is because Cuba is a whole different story. Am I missing something else? Thanks again!!!

Ok... feel a bit silly, but just figured out how to change the consulate. Cuba is not listed, so it is blank now. Cuba has no official consulate or embassy due to relations with this country. Sorry for any confusion.

Do you really have your NOA2? NOA2 is your approval so either it is a mistake or you went through Vermont because 5 days for CA is not normal

.....and then some. Truly a record for CSC .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Ok I'm asking this without searching for the stats but before California took over the other service centers' loads - wasnt it still like 3 months from Noa1 to Noa2? I filed my first petition in 2005 and I think it was before the all the changes but my petition took only 3 months then.

CSC\NSC\TSC seem to have always processed in a very tight ranges of 90 days +/- exclusive of IMBRA in recent times, (my first petition was 4/16/2004 with notice date of 7/22/2004 from NSC at the time). VSC has always been lighting fast in comparison.

Hard to believe I know... but I did get both a hard copy from the CSC for a NOA1 and a week later our NOA2. Not sure how or why we have it... and still praying it is no mistake. Would that even be possible? But we did in fact get the hard copy NOA2 that says our I-129F petition has been approved the 28th and is being sent to the NVC. I still have no word from the NVC, but will call again this week to check the status.
