The name in my passport is WU, ABCDE. I don't have middle name, WU is my lastname. But i put down wrong on form G325A at the beginning, so all letter from USCIS and NVC show my name as: WU, ABC DE. There shouldnt has space in first name. Our case was approve by USCIS and case is in NVC now. How can i fix it ? Please help.. i am frustrated...

Simply says

notify NVC of any changes

do this by letter and keep a copy for your records

advisable to send photo copy of the passport showing the difference

be sure to include your case number and Date of birth on correspondence

I had to correct DOB for my husband as they reversed the month and date when they dentered it into the system

NVC email address is asknvc@state.gov but its better that you call them as they don't respond to email quickly perhaps two to three weeks they take normally to respond back atleast that's what my experience.
