my name (applicant) does not appear anymore under the petitioner's name on the payment page

Hello!

Yesterday my husband called the NVC to review DS-261 over the phone. They said it would take 7 to 10 days (which seems long and is not really in keeping with what other reps have said or what I could read here...) But today when we checked the status and if the IV application fee was invoiced, my name did not appear anymore (picture).

Did you ever get this message? Does this mean we will be able to pay for the IV application fees soon?
