Hi everyone

My infant interview will be in 10days and i will attend with him / any one knows if i need to take my tax return with me to the interview (NVC didn't ask for tax only i864w)

Thak you for any help you can provide

IIRC, USCs do not have to prove they have sufficient income for their minor child to immigrate.

What does the interview letter say? They usually have a list of the stuff they want you to bring to the interview. Although, in my experience, these lists may be inaccurate. I personally would bring all I have:) But you can contact the Consulate and make sure.

If you filed the I-864w, then the I-864 requirements are waived because the child would automatically become a US citizen upon entering the US on an immigrant visa to live with a USC parent.

Waiving the I-864 requirements means you do not have to have tax returns because you don't have to show you meet the poverty line.
