It does not always work, but documents can be matched up, and people have been successful in doing so in the past. The best outcome is that they reach your case file and no RFE. The worst outcome is that do not and you receive an RFE and just supply them again at that time. It doesn't hurt to try.

Do it like CatherineA advised. Be sure to include a copy of your NOA1 along with an explanation of why you are sending the documents. Send them directly to the service center that is processing your petition.

Thank you for all your advices, ideas and knowledge. I just told him about why we don't have letter of intent . He said, the immigration attorney he knew that he asked about filing fiance visa, didn't said anything about this. But hopefully he could get RFE since I also have to correct my father birthday on my G-325A

They won't reject your application. They will probably send you a "request for evidence" (RFE) that you both plan to marry within 90 days of your arrival. Most people here provide this evidence with a letter. There is an example here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples(the second document from the top). If you just copy that with your information, and sign it and send it to him, you will be fine.

Like I said before, you could try to send it to the office right now to avoid the RFE (it wastes a little bit of time), or just wait and see if they ask for it. Your choice. But either way, you will probably need to send him a letter like that.

Marriage/ AOS Timeline:

23 Dec 2015: Legal marriage

23 Jan 2016: Wedding!

23 Jan 2016: "Blizzard of the Century", wedding canceled/rescheduled (thank goodness we were legally married first or we'd have had a big problem!) :sleepy:

24 Jan 2016: Small "civil ceremony" with friends and family who were snowed in with us. December was a bit of a secret and people had traveled internationally and knew we *had* to get married that weekend, and our December legal marriage was nothing but signing a piece of paper at our priest's kitchen table, without any sort of vows etc so this was actually a very special (if not legally significant) day. (L)

16 Apr 2016: Filed for AOS and EAD/AP (We delayed a bit-- no big rush, enjoying the USCIS break)

23 Apr 2016: Wedding! Finally! :luv:

27 Apr 2016: Electronic NOA1 for all 3 :dancing:
29 Apr 2016: NOA1 Hardcopy for all 3
29 Jul 2016: Online service request for late EAD (Day 104)
29 Jul 2016: EAD/AP Approved ~3 hours after online service request
04 Aug 2016: RFE for Green Card (requested medicals/ vaccination record. They already have it). :ranting:
05 Aug 2016: EAD/AP Combo Card arrived! (Day 111)
08 Aug 2016: Congressional constituent request to get guidance on the RFE. Hoping they see they have the form and approve!

K-1 Visa Timeline:

PLEASE NOTE. This timeline was during the period of time when TSC was working on I-129fs and had a huge backlog. The average processing time was 210+ days. This is in no way predictive of your own timeline if you filed during or after April 2015, unless CSC develops a backlog. A backlog is anything above the 5-month goal time listed on USCIS's site

I would just go ahead and mail them in.

No.

Anything mailed-in after the case is opened will probably get lost, or be thrown away.

Just wait for them to send you an RFE, requesting those two statements, and THEN send them in

according to the instructions in the RFE. This way, they will know it's coming, and it "most likely"

will get there.

Just to be clear: you need TWO of these statements, one for the petitioner, and one for the

beneficiary. Both have to be originals and signed, so make sure the beneficiary sends their

original to the petitioner so they can be sent to USCIS when the time comes. They usually do

NOT accept photocopies of these documents!

You can find an example Letter of Intent in the "Example Forms" section of the website.

Good luck on your journey!

Remember, the letters from both the beneficiary and the sponsor must be signed by the person the letter of intent is from. This is annoyingly tricky, as when I went visit my fiancée I took a day for us to gather everything we needed and ended up forgetting a couple things, and these letters of intent were one of the things.

About RFE, will we receive it by email or house mail?

You'll be notified by email that they are sending you a request for evidence to your home. You won't know what exactly their request is until you get the letter at home. But in your case, you'll probably know what they're asking for.
